LeadQora

Every step, explained

from lead to launch

The short version

Lead Qora helps you find local businesses, reach them, and win them as clients. You search for a niche in a place, filter the results down to the leads you actually want, and every business lands in your dashboard with its contact details, rating and reviews.

From there you have two routes, and most people use both. The call route: export the list and cold call it from your own dialer. The show route: build a landing page for a business, send it with a proposal from your Gmail, and open it together in a meeting. The diagram below is the whole system in the order it runs.

The whole system, start to finish
  1. 01SearchType a niche and a place, like dentists in Austin.
  2. 02FilterPick the location, contact details and how many leads.
  3. 03CaptureBusinesses land in your Lead lists with their details.
  4. 04Export & callCall routeDownload CSV or Excel and cold call from your dialer.
  5. 05Build the pageShow routeGenerate a landing page for the business in minutes.
  6. 06PitchSend the page or a service proposal from your Gmail.
  7. 07Meet & closeShow the page in the meeting and close the deal.

Use the call route, the show route, or both together on the same lead.

You are not describing what you could build for them. You are showing them their own business, already built.

Search a niche, in a place

Every search starts with two things: what kind of business you want, and where. Dentists in Austin, roofers in Denver, salons in London. Type it into Find leads and Lead Qora pulls real businesses that match.

Each lead comes in with the details you need to make contact and decide if it is worth your time: business name, category, phone number, email when one is available, full address, Google rating, number of reviews and a link to the business on Google Maps.

Leads are saved automatically. Your latest search shows on Find leads, and everything you have ever fetched lives in Lead lists, grouped by hour, day, week or month so you always know which batch came from where.

Only fetch the leads you want

Before you fetch, open Filters to shape the list. Filters run at search time, so you only spend credits on leads that fit.

Location: pick a country, then narrow it to a state or province. Leave it empty to search anywhere your query makes sense.

Contact info: turn on Has phone number to skip businesses you cannot call. Turn on Has email to only get leads with a verified email address (available on plans that include email). The Include businesses with a website switch decides who you target. Leave it on for a natural mix, or switch it off to get only businesses that have no website at all, which are usually the warmest leads for web designers and agencies.

Lead count: choose how many leads to fetch in one go, up to what your remaining credits allow. Press Fetch and the leads arrive in a few seconds.

Take your leads to your dialer

Any list can be exported in one click as CSV or Excel. The file includes business name, category, phone, email, website, address, rating, reviews, the Google Maps link, the search it came from and when it was fetched.

That file imports straight into any third party dialer or CRM that accepts CSV. Upload it, map the phone column, and your call queue is ready. You can also use the same file for email outreach or whatever sales workflow your team already runs.

A typical cold calling day looks like this. Fetch 25 businesses without a website in one city. Export the list and load it into your dialer. Work through the calls. When someone is interested, build their landing page while they are still on the line, or right after, and send it over so they can see exactly what you mean.

The call opens the door. The page you send straight after is what keeps it open.

Why we build a website for the lead

For any lead, you can generate a landing page in minutes. Pick a ready made light or dark template, or use Build with AI. Both are built from the lead's own details: their name, category, location, rating, opening hours and photos when they are available.

The reason is simple. The page is built so you can show it. Telling a business owner you could make them a better website is easy to ignore. Opening a page with their name, their reviews and their address on a call or in a meeting is not. They stop imagining and start reacting to something real, and that is where deals move.

Nothing about the page is fake. It only uses information the lead already has in public, so what they see is their own business, presented properly.

Share it, or hand it over

Every finished page gets a preview link you can copy and share. Send it in an email, drop it in a message, or open it yourself during a meeting. It works on any phone or laptop, with nothing to install.

When a client says yes, download the page as an HTML file. You decide how the final site is delivered, whether that is their existing hosting, your own setup or a platform you already use. Lead Qora does not publish or host websites for your clients.

Pitch from your own Gmail

Connect your Gmail once and send proposals straight from your dashboard. Replies come back to your own inbox like any other email.

Pick a template. With website links the landing page you built for that lead. Services pitches the services you offer, even if web design is not one of them. Manual gives you a blank email with your signature, for when you want to write it yourself. Every template is filled in from your business profile and can be edited before you send.

Nothing is sent automatically. You review every email and press send yourself.

Show the page, then close

When a lead agrees to talk, open their landing page on the call or share your screen. Walk them through it section by section. Most owners react the moment they see their own name and reviews on a page that looks finished.

Use that moment to agree on changes, scope and price. Rebuild the page in another theme or adjust it if they ask, and send the updated preview link the same day.

Agreements, delivery and payments happen outside Lead Qora, in whatever way you already work with clients.

The lead, the page and the link

The lead stays in your Lead lists exactly as it was fetched. The landing page is a separate thing built from it, and the preview link points at that page. Changing one does not quietly rewrite the others.

That separation keeps your work safe. Rebuilding a page does not touch the lead record, and the lead record never silently regenerates a page a client has already seen.
