This Privacy Policy explains how Lead Qora, operated by Muhammad Saad as a sole trader ("Lead Qora," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our website, sign up for an account, or use our lead-generation pipeline (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here.

We collect information in three main ways:

• Information you give us — name, email, company details, billing information, and any prospect or contact data you upload to run through the pipeline.
• Information collected automatically — IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and usage patterns, collected via cookies and similar technologies when you use our website or dashboard.
• Information from third parties — data from payment processors, analytics providers, and integrations you choose to connect to your account.

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve the Services, including running the lead pipeline you've configured.
• Process payments and manage your account, subscription, and support requests.
• Communicate with you about updates, security notices, and — where you've opted in — product news.
• Monitor for fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms & Conditions.
• Understand how the Services are used so we can fix issues and prioritize improvements.

Lead Qora lets you connect your own Gmail account so that proposals you write in the dashboard are sent from your own email address. Connecting Gmail is optional.

• What we access — when you connect Gmail we request two permissions: gmail.send (send email on your behalf) and userinfo.email (your Gmail address, so we can show which account is connected).
• How we use it — we only send an email when you click “Send” on a proposal, and only to the lead you chose. We never read, search, list, modify, or delete the emails in your mailbox.
• What we store — your connected Gmail address and the OAuth tokens needed to send on your behalf. We do not store the contents of your mailbox.
• Sharing — we do not sell Google user data, share it with third parties, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI or machine-learning models.
• Disconnecting — you can disconnect Gmail at any time from Proposals → Gmail & templates, which deletes the stored tokens. You can also revoke access from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Lead Qora’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your theme preference, and understand aggregate usage of our site. Some cookies are essential to the Services functioning; others (like analytics cookies) are optional.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may affect your ability to use parts of the dashboard.

We don't sell your personal information. We share data with:

• Infrastructure and hosting providers who process data on our behalf, under contract.
• Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record, which processes payments, billing and tax for all orders under its own privacy policy.

Any third party we share data with is contractually bound to protect it and use it only for the purpose we've engaged them for.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security, but we work to minimize risk and respond quickly if something goes wrong.
