Straightforward, so you know exactly where you stand if a plan doesn't work out. Here's when a refund applies, and how to request one.
This Refund Policy explains when you're eligible for a refund on payments made to Lead Qora, operated by Muhammad Saad as a sole trader, for access to our lead-generation pipeline and related services (the "Services"). It forms part of, and should be read alongside, our Terms & Conditions.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method.
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:
Refund requests are reviewed individually, and eligibility may depend on the specific plan, add-ons, or custom terms attached to your account.
The following are generally not eligible for a refund:
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us directly. Cancelling stops future billing from your next renewal date — it doesn't automatically refund the current billing period unless you meet the eligibility criteria above.
You'll continue to have access to the Services for the remainder of the period you've already paid for.
To request a refund:
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, though your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the credit. We'll confirm by email once a refund has been issued on our end.
If you have a billing concern, we ask that you contact us directly before filing a chargeback with your bank or card provider — most issues can be resolved faster this way. Accounts with an open or unresolved chargeback may have Services suspended while the dispute is investigated.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date below and will apply to purchases made after the update takes effect.
Email us with your account details and we'll review it within one business day. billing@leadqora.com
